Following on from last week's meeting at St Joseph's Hall, which was oversubscribed and many local residents could not gain entry, the Terenure Residents' Association received the following email from Councillor Anne Feeney:
On
Wednesday last Senator Mary Seery Kearney, Cllr Anne Feeney, Cllr James
Geoghegan, local resident Brendan Heneghan held a public meeting in Terenure to
raise awareness of the current planning application for the Templeogue/Rathfarnham
to City Centre Core Bus Corridor Scheme and to hear your views.
This
meeting was exceptionally well attended. Unfortunately, and possibly a
sign of the public sentiment regarding this corridor, the meeting was
oversubscribed and for safety reasons a large number of people had to be turned
away.
A
virtual meeting will be held :
*Wednesday
24th May, at 8pm*

The
proposed corridor as it affects the various areas along the route, will be
highlighted. This will be another opportunity to share your views and raise
concerns.
