Significantly Revised Planning Application For 85 Templeogue Road

In early 2016 An Bord Pleanala approved the redevelopment of the single house at 85 Templeogue Road with 29 houses and apartments. The Terenure Residents' Association, along with many local residents, had objected to this scale of development on the basis of density and effect on traffic and parking on nearby roads.

The developer has now resubmitted plans to build an extra 10 units on the site, making 39 in all.

These plans can be viewed on the Dublin City Council website at
www.dublincity.ie/main-menu-services-planning/planning-search
(click on "search for a planning application", and then a second time, and enter in the "planning reference" box the reference 2707/17).

The Terenure Residents' Association will be joining with local residents and again be objecting to this
proposal. Should you similarly wish to make an observation, submissions need to be made by 17 May.
