Social Evening and Talk on Inheritance Tax, Wills, Power of Attorney by Jim O'Callaghan

will give a presentation to the Association on

Wills, Inheritance Tax, Power of Attorney, Freehold Property ownership

Followed by a Q&A session.  Refreshments will be served.  Admission is free

Culture Night in Terenure

This Friday 16 September is Culture Night across Ireland, and there are 2 local events in Terenure:



St. Joseph's Church, Terenure Road East @ 8pm

Renowned biologist and environmental consultant, Éanna Ní Lamhna, will present a humorous and insightful picture of gardening possibilities in our local area including an insight into pollination matters. Following Éanna's presentation, there will be a special performance of Saint-Saens' "Carnival of the Animals" by St. Joseph's acclaimed resident organist, Peter McBride.


Terenure Sports Club, 6 - 11pm


Talk on local history by Colette Jordan, chats with Riverdance creator Moya Doherty and portrait painter James Hanley hosted by Matt Cooper, and finally - RUGS, Ireland's best ukulele band! There may be a few surprises during the evening too.


Also at nearby Rathfarnham Castle from 6pm there will be free guided tours of the castle which dates from 1583.
