Terenure Family Fun Day takes place this year on Saturday the 20th of August from 1pm to 4pm in Bushy Park beside the Terenure Village Market.
In order provide adequate safety and supervision cover, we will need approximately 15 -20 volunteers to attend during the event and assist with the various fun activities.

The Artsmart children’s art classes’ diorama "Pirates Cove", which has previously been on display at the Terenure Bank of Ireland, is now being exhibited at the Terenure library until the end of July. This is a collaborative effort of children 5-13 years of age using polymer clay and watercolour.
The 25th Irish Classic and Vintage Motor Show (Ireland’s largest classic car show) will be held in Terenure College on Sunday July 3rd 2016. The show will feature a display of vehicles from the 1916 era includingSliabh na mBan, the iconic armoured car which accompanied Michael Collins on his fateful journey to Beal na mBlath, and a selection of cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles, the largest of which will be Dublin Tram No. 224 from theHowth Transport Museum.
Entry for the public will be:
Adults: €15, Children (under 12): €5, Seniors: €10.
The Rathgar Horticultural Society will hold their 62nd Annual Show between 2.30pm and 5pm on Saturday 16th July 2016 in Christchurch, Rathgar. Distribution of prizes at 5 pm Admission: Adults €3; Children: free
